All products in The Cosmic Feminist shop are made to order using a print on demand service. This means the fulfillment (printing) time is separate from shipping time. Here is some information you may find helpful.


Yes, I hope you don’t mind that there will be some delays with the fulfillment (printing) & shipping of your orders. Shipping delays will depend on your location.

Currently, the print on demand service I use to fulfill your orders is operating at a lower capacity to ensure the safety of their employees. After fulfillment, your products will be shipped out and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Yes. If your order includes multiple products they may ship & arrive separately.

The print on demand service that I use has locations in North Carolina, California, Mexico, Spain, Australia and Latvia. They will usually ship from a location that is closest to you and based on stock availability.

Additional customs & tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Please check the size guides & product information carefully. Since each product is made to order, returns & exchanges are not available. If you're unsure what size fits you best, check the size guides in the product description, then compare it to a piece of apparel you own and love!

The first step is to make sure the address you entered in your order is correct. If it is, contact your local post office. If your package cannot be located with your local post office, please reach out to & a replacement shipment will be sent out to you asap! 

Please reach out to within 14 days & it will be resolved as soon as possible! Please provide images of the damaged item in your email.

If your package arrives damaged or if you've received a wrong item, please contact & a refund with be processed asap, unless you choose to receive a replacement.
