If you’ve received the wrong item, or a damaged item, please reach out to me at to discuss either you’d like a refund or a new product sent to you.


What if my order is not delivered?

1. The first step is to make sure the address you provided is correct.

2. If the address is correct, please check the tracking number provided in the shipping email, and contact the carrier to get more information.

3. If it turns out your order is lost, please reach out to me at and a replacement will be sent out asap!

What If I want to exchange a size?

Please check the size guides and product information carefully. Since each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not available. If you're unsure what size fits you best, check the size guides in the product description, then compare it to a piece of apparel you own and love!
